Blending different origins can merge the honey’s flavour and characteristics. Some kinds of honey are pleasant tasting while others have unpleasant taste and smell. Some other origins have a poor reputation for quality, mixing with sugar syrups.
That is why we are of a single origin.

We use premium 100% natural ginger grown in Queensland, Australia.
Australia has the highest quality ginger in the world. Ginger is considered a natural medicine in the Far East and Asian worlds, sought after by spice traders as one of the most important spices.
Ginger above ground, has lush green leaves growing to about one metre tall while below ground, is the rhizome, that is the spice.

Beginnings
Roger Masters has 20 years of experience in the international honey industry in the sourcing, packing, selling and marketing of honey. Roger is also the former CEO of the major Australian ginger company, Buderim Ginger. He previously worked in the natural health industry, in the company producing the Natures Own Products.
