The tree, bush or crop species and its flowers determine the type of honey, with its flavour coming from that flower species.
Blending different origins can merge the honey’s flavour and characteristics. Some kinds of honey are pleasant tasting while others have unpleasant taste and smell. Some other origins have a poor reputation for quality, mixing with sugar syrups.
That is why we are of a single origin.

Our business
BEE FARM is the retail brand of HoneyEx Pty Ltd, originally set up for honey exports. Our strength is in our supply of real 100% natural honey, our ginger natural health product and our industry knowledge.
Beginnings
Roger Masters has 20 years of experience in the international honey industry in the sourcing, packing, selling and marketing of honey. Roger is also the former CEO of the major Australian ginger company, Buderim Ginger. He previously worked in the natural health industry, in the company producing the Natures Own Products.
